Join our firm as a Corporate Finance Associate, where you will take the lead on financial analyses, collaborate on investment strategies, and contribute to the overall financial planning process for our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and assist in the preparation of investment proposals.
• Conduct market assessments for potential investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and business goals.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and clients on financial trends.
• Assist in developing financial strategies that align with clients' objectives.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes that impact clients.
• Support senior team members in transaction negotiations and closing processes.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 (or higher)
