UX Researcher

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user testing protocols to gather valid data.
• Utilize various research methods to gain insights into user interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation of user experiences and testing results.
• Advocate for the user in product development discussions.
• Provide feedback on design concepts and prototypes based on user research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or related role

• User Research Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: Practical knowledge of Agile practices in a design context.
• Familiarity with A/B testing techniques: Experience in running A/B tests to evaluate user experience changes.
