As a DevOps Engineer in Bloemfontein, you'll collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline our software delivery processes. Your expertise will be crucial in automating and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable and reliable application performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code.
• Optimize deployment processes and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
• Set up monitoring tools for application performance.
• Train team members on DevOps practices and tools.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to improve future deployments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering

Technical Skills

• Terraform

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• DevOps Foundation Certification

Languages
