Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conception through construction.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate with different disciplines for integrated architectural solutions.
• Draft proposals and secure approvals from clients and authorities.
• Utilize software to create and present design plans and modifications.
• Assist with the management of architectural documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Implement innovative design approaches that address social and environmental needs.
• Review design changes and provide technical advice to construction teams.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a bonus

Experience

• 5 years of experience working on architectural projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Chartered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience in using BIM software for modern architectural practices.
