• Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Work closely with engineers and other professionals to create integrated solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals using 3D modeling software.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Stay updated with building regulations and codes to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project specifications.
• Participate in community outreach and client meetings to discuss project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design or related field

• AutoCAD
• Revit
