Job Description

Join our team as a Technical Support Engineer, where you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues while providing top-notch support to our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to provide solutions to their technical problems.
  • Identify and document system improvements based on client feedback.
  • Work with other team members to enhance the overall support experience.
  • Participate in training programs to advance technical skills.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and support documents.
