Job Description

As a Wild Animal Caretaker, your role will involve providing daily care, food, and medical support for various wildlife species in sanctuaries and parks. The position requires a genuine love for animals and physical stamina to handle various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in animal enclosures and facilities.
  • Provide companionship and behavioral support to animals during recovery.
  • Assist tourists and visitors during educational programs, providing insights about animal care and welfare.
  • Work with the rescue team in emergency situations and animal relocations.
  • Help train new volunteers in caregiving best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Wildlife Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in animal care, particularly with exotic species.
