Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Infrastructure Analyst to manage our IT infrastructure and provide support for our systems in Pretoria. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in maintaining optimal performance of IT services, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service management and incident resolution procedures.
• Develop strategies for improving IT infrastructure performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services.
• Perform system audits to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior IT staff.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies.
• Prepare reports on IT performance and service delivery.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with technology trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, AWS) are a plus

• 3+ years of experience in a systems infrastructure role
