Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Manage help desk tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Provide support for remote users and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
