In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
