We are seeking a skilled Tax Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, advising clients on tax strategies, and ensuring adherence to local regulations. A strong understanding of South African tax law is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and provide tailored tax solutions.
• Prepare financial documentation for tax returns.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement of tax advisory services.
• Facilitate workshops to educate clients on tax obligations.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Establish strong client relationships built on trust and expertise.
• Participate in professional networking events to expand client base.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Honours degree in Taxation preferred

Experience

• 5 years experience in tax consulting or a related field

Technical Skills

• Tax Research

Certifications

• Certified Tax Advisor (CTA)
• CA (SA) or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
