Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee our daily operational functions. Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and delegates responsibilities.

• Analyze data and generate reports to improve operational efficiencies.
• Strengthen relationships with community and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to the organization’s ethical standards.
• Assist in the strategic planning of healthcare services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

• 5+ years in a healthcare administrative role
