Job Description

As a Hay Stacker, you will play a crucial role in our agricultural operations by efficiently stacking bales of hay and maintaining the organization of our storage facilities. This physically demanding position requires teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stack hay bales for optimal storage.
• Inspect hay for mold or deterioration.
• Assist with managing inventory of hay bales.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided.
