Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct feasibility studies on operational changes.
• Implement Six Sigma techniques for quality control.
• Participate in project meetings, presenting findings from process analyses.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for engineering tasks.
• Analyze trends in production data to forecast future challenges.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Act as a mentor for junior engineers in their development.
• Provide insights for strategic planning related to engineering operations.
• Utilize software tools to model and simulate process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering and optimization
