• Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve production yield.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Provide technical guidance to team members on engineering best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering functions.
• Prepare detailed reports on productivity and efficiency metrics.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing procedures.
• Lead projects focused on process improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate new technologies that can enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering and optimization
