Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming data entries.
  • Perform regular backups on data records.
  • Train new employees in data entry processes.
  • Monitor and report on data entry metrics.
  • Assist in project management tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience
