Job Description

The Crab Meat Processor will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and packaging crab meat for distribution. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the seafood industry and demonstrate efficiency in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently prepare crab meat by removing shells and other inedibles
  • Sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain hygiene standards
  • Accurately package crab meat for distribution based on orders
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Help train new team members on proper procedures
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on finished products

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in seafood processing
