Job Description

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Soweto. In this role, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial engineering with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in production lines and develop corrective measures.
• Collaborate with product design teams to optimize manufacturability.
• Facilitate workshops on lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies into existing processes.
• Provide technical support and solutions to production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
