The role involves providing frontline support for IT-related issues and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software for users.
• Assist with network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi and VPN issues.
• Set up and configure IT equipment for new hires.
• Support software installation and upgrades as required.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in an understandable manner.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell): Ability to automate tasks through scripting.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions: Understanding of backup tools and disaster recovery processes.
