Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Security Field Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the security staff in the field, ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations to ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Coach and mentor security staff for performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
• Facilitate incident drills and emergency response exercises.
• Utilize technology for effective monitoring and reporting.
• Lead investigations into theft, vandalism, or other breaches.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• National Diploma in Security Management preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.

Technical Skills

• Security Technology Proficiency
• Risk Assessment

Certifications

• Advanced Security Risk Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
