• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
• Collaborate in hospital committees related to quality and safety.
• Facilitate patient discharge planning and education.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with patients and families.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and nursing students.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.
