• Source products and materials while managing budget expectations.
• Evaluate design projects during execution to maintain quality and intent.
• Communicate design ideas clearly to contractors and suppliers.
• Stay abreast of industry innovations and advancements in design tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Foster relationships with clients through consistent communication.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in design best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in interior design, with a demonstrable portfolio

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Rendering Software
• Budget Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
