Job Description

We seek a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer in Johannesburg. Your responsibility will be to design and implement user-focused interfaces that captivate and retain users, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Craft user-centered designs that enhance experience and usability.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop detailed design specifications and visual assets.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver polished final products.
• Ensure consistency in design language across all platforms.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions for new product features.
• Share insights and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Keep an open line of communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
