Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation services to clients. You will work with a diverse population and have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and training on mental health topics.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Assist with program development and improvement.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to assess ongoing needs.
  • Advocate for clients within healthcare settings.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • PhD in Psychology is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Informed Care

Certifications
  • Clinical Psychologist Certification from HPCSA
Languages
