Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies. You'll be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platforms, enhancing user experiences, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Direct online merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Optimize checkout processes to minimize cart abandonment.
  • Manage customer service inquiries related to online transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Create and enforce policies for online sales and refunds.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and platforms to enhance e-commerce capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management
