We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring data integrity, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform threat hunting and incident response procedures.
• Analyze security logs and provide reports on findings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Test security systems and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of new security technologies.
• Work with third-party vendors on security protocols.
• Maintain documentation of security incidents and responses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
