Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Identify user pain points and suggest design solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Develop design guidelines and maintain the design system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Additional design certifications are preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in creating user-centric designs

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• User Interface Design

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• UX Master Certification
• Human-Computer Interaction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with UX/UI Design Systems: Knowledge of designing and maintaining UX/UI design systems to ensure consistency.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with accessibility guidelines for inclusive design practices.
