Responsibilities

• Manage IT support ticketing system and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects.

• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Network+ Certification is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years in IT support roles
