We're looking for a proactive Industrial Engineer to spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will analyze existing manufacturing processes, recommend enhancements, and execute projects that result in improved efficiency and reduced costs. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes to enhance operational workflows.
• Implement process reengineering initiatives to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain standards.
• Develop and review engineering documentation associated with new projects.
• Assess cost-saving opportunities in the production process.
• Facilitate implementation of automation solutions where applicable.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements.
• Identify and manage potential project risks.
• Prepare and present process improvement findings to management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Relevant certification in process improvement is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
