Job Description

The Trim Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining a trim machine in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum efficiency and productivity while adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new team members on machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct inspections of machines and report any abnormalities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize on production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric
• Technical diploma or certification in manufacturing or related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a trim machine operator or a related role.
