Job Description

As a UX Researcher in our Johannesburg office, you will delve into user behaviours and preferences to inform design decisions. Your role will involve conducting usability tests, synthesizing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user tests to evaluate product designs and features.
• Report on user experience metrics and present findings to the design team.
• Support the team in creating wireframes and prototypes based on research insights.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations.
• Foster relationships with users to gather ongoing feedback and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user-centered design practices
