Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with medical procedures and provide support to physicians.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in specialized nursing fields are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical nursing environment
