Job Description

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to execution. You'll work closely with diverse teams, driving project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Lead team meetings to discuss project performance and progress.
• Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project benefits.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline processes.
• Report on project performance metrics and outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Conduct project post-mortems and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP or similar certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
