Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safe and effective dispensing of prescription medications.
  • Provide consultations to patients regarding pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure proper storage and labelling of medications.
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct health education sessions on medication safety.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated health care.
  • Manage end-of-month stock taking and report discrepancies.
  • Participate in formulary management and recall processes.
  • Support the development of pharmacy services.
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Postgraduate diploma in Pharmacy Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
