As a Remote IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to support for our clients, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues. Your role involves working with various clients, diagnosing their computer issues, and ensuring they receive a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of public health programs and suggest improvements.

• Provide technical assistance to other public health professionals.

• Coordinate with emergency services for public health emergencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Public Health is preferred

• 5+ years in public health roles or health program management
