Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Cape Town. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven ability to generate revenue through innovative approaches and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Support and develop team members through training and guidance.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Review sales targets and provide regular feedback to the executive team.
  • Partner with the marketing department to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Organise and lead training sessions for the sales team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of sales experience with a focus on management
