UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate UX Designer to enhance our digital interfaces and improve the user experience across our projects. You will be responsible for conducting user research, designing prototypes, and testing solutions while keeping the user at the heart of every design decision.

Responsibilities

• Lead user testing sessions and analyze results to iterate on designs.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional user experiences.
• Work with marketing teams to create effective landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve existing products.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or related fields is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG): Familiarity with web accessibility best practices.
