Job Description

As an Institutional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization through various administrative duties. You will be responsible for data entry, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general clerical duties within the department.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
  • Support training and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Prepare documents and reports for review by management.
  • Provide customer service support to enhance stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in administration preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a non-profit or education sector preferred
