We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear and comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of our users. This role requires collaboration with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and produce high-quality technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise technical documents for software applications.
• Review materials created by subject matter experts for accuracy.
• Create templates and style guides to standardize documentation.
• Monitor document effectiveness and user engagement.
• Conduct training sessions on documentation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input for documentation improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the field of technical writing

Languages
