We’re seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer with a passion for optimizing processes and improving systems. As part of our Durban team, you will design and implement efficient processes that help drive our company's success. The ideal candidate will have experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in production and propose solutions.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for the procurement of new technologies.
• Facilitate workshops to engage employees in process improvement.
• Assess and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
