Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving IT problems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Perform proactive maintenance on systems and applications.
  • Develop user guides and training materials.
  • Support remote users with technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues.
  • Assist in maintaining network security.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
