Job Description

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating effective and engaging educational programs. Your expertise in curriculum development will support the design of learning materials that meet the diverse needs of learners. You'll be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing the latest educational technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive content, including multimedia and simulations.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to improve educational offerings.
• Facilitate focus groups to gather insights from learners and educators.
• Maintain and manage the learning management system with up-to-date content.
• Generate reports on learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field
• Master's degree highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in curriculum design and development
