Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for creating financial models, conducting industry research, and compiling data for pitches and presentations. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence and market research for potential transactions.
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in the negotiation of terms.
• Provide insights on market trends to guide advisory efforts.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain communication.
• Help draft transaction documents and agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment analysis or related field
