Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to assess and improve our internal processes. The ideal candidate will exhibit a thorough understanding of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance regulations. Responsibilities

• Conduct and document independent assessments of risk management practices.
• Prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Identify and analyze employment for risk exposure.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Test and evaluate internal policies on fraud prevention and detection.
• Assist in the design of audit programs.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss audit strategies.
• Support management in the implementation of compliance controls.
• Provide insights on best practices for internal audit processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management
• MBA or Master's in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in internal auditing or related fields
