We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and a passion for protecting digital assets. You will be responsible for assessing vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and providing guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on security vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of firewalls and encryption technologies.
• Provide ongoing security assessments and recommend improvements.
• Act as a liaison between IT staff and executive management.
• Support the development of security training modules.
• Evaluate third-party vendors for cybersecurity compliance.
• Identify best practices and industry standards for cybersecurity.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree in Information Security is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
