• Develop style guides and design patterns for the team.

• Align design strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor junior designers on best practices.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or similar
• A portfolio showcasing design work is essential

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Languages

• English: Fluent
