Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and lead our IT team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning our IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring the integrity and security of our IT systems, and driving the implementation of new technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall IT strategy and alignment with business goals.
• Manage IT staff performance and development.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements in IT.
• Oversee data backup and recovery operations.
• Ensure effective incident management and response.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.
• Advise on IT budget planning and forecasting.
• Evaluate technology needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the IT team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT Management preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years in IT leadership roles
