Job Description

As a Detector Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring detection equipment to ensure our production processes run efficiently and safely. This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to maintain high operational standards and support production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate detection equipment efficiently.
  • Report and analyze operational data for management.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Ensure an organized and clean work environment.
  • Work with the operations team to achieve production deadlines.
  • Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations.
  • Assist in developing strategies for improved operational efficiency.
  • Participate in safety and compliance training as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with detection equipment
  • Familiarity with quality control standards
  • Computer applications for data tracking and reporting
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication
Certifications
  • Radiation Safety Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
