We are actively seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facilities in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the daily administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's administrative operations and staff management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
• Manage budgets and monitor performance metrics.
• Enhance patient care services through effective policy implementation.
• Coordinate training programs for new staff members.
• Interact with patients to gather feedback and improve services.
• Assist with strategic planning and implementation.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Prepare performance reports for the management team.
• Continuously evaluate and improve administrative processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
