Job Description

Join our team as an Investment Banker where you'll manage client relationships and provide expert financial advice. You will prepare detailed financial analyses and support transactions involving mergers and acquisitions. A minimum of three years' experience in investment banking or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed company valuations using various financial metrics and techniques.
• Assist clients in strategic decision-making and capital raising efforts.
• Create pitch materials and case studies for client presentations.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential investments.
• Provide ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors and funding sources.
• Support the execution of transactions from inception through completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
