Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Writer to join our Pretoria team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user manuals and online help guides. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical information and the ability to convey complex concepts in clear, concise language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to document complex technical processes and workflows accurately.
• Manage documentation projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Provide training to new hires on documentation standards and tools.
• Assist in creating visual aids and diagrams to support documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment on documentation goals.
• Gather feedback from users to improve the documentation experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years in technical writing, with experience in the IT industry preferred

• Content Management Systems

Certifications

• Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
