Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare management. In this role, you will oversee administrative operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare services provided in Durban.

Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate health promotion campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and community groups.
  • Monitor and report on health indicators within the population.
  • Provide training and support for health educators.
  • Assess community health needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Engage in research activities related to public health issues.
  • Maintain records of public health initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Epidemiology or Health Promotion is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in community health initiatives
