Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare management. In this role, you will oversee administrative operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate health promotion campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and community groups.
• Monitor and report on health indicators within the population.
• Provide training and support for health educators.
• Assess community health needs and develop targeted interventions.
• Engage in research activities related to public health issues.
• Maintain records of public health initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Epidemiology or Health Promotion is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in community health initiatives
