Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer in our Cape Town office, you will play a critical role in the execution of various engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technical specifications, designing electrical systems, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project documentation for the electrical engineering team.
  • Review and approve electrical designs submitted by contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in electrical installations.
  • Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing electrical components.
  • Evaluate existing electrical systems for efficiency and performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids for new work.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field
